修復收銀臺再次支付訂單問題

問題描述：

收銀臺再次支付未成功問題。

文件目錄：view/cashier，下面文件都是這個目錄

解決方法：

src/components/settleDrawer/index.vue，找到這個文件，修改cashBnt()方法。
